Monthly Full Moon Reiki Energy Circle 6-8pm. Usually held on the exact full moon date, please check meet up for date. Celebrate the full moon energy of each month, receive reiki, snacks provided, $10 donation appreciated. We may also do some fun and gentle yoga, practice tapping and breath work, dance, sing, howl at the moon!?? Every full moon circle is different, fun and full of healing energy!
Come and meet me at my studio. This is a casual and informal gathering. Get to know me and my space, meet other like minded individuals and celebrate yourself and the full moon! I lead us in a breathing technique and EFT/Tapping, set intentions and/or gratitudes and everyone has a chance to receive a mini reiki session. Snacks provided! $10 donation appreciated.
