Thank you for visiting my site, my name is Shannon and Reiki is my passion. It helped me overcome chronic pain and also cope with grief and trauma. Because of the way Reiki helped me, I became certified so that I can share it’s gentle yet powerful healing power with others. Reiki continues to help me every day and sharing it with my community is my true purpose! Reiki is beneficial for everyone and can keep you on your path to wellness. Clearing blocked energy, or chakras, with Reiki, allows your body to heal and energy to “flow” more freely. Carrying stress or anxiety can be exhausting, Reiki can help you with that. If you suffer from chronic pain, Reiki offers relief. If you suffer from insomnia, have digestive issues or brain fog, Reiki will help. If you take medication, Reiki will help it work better! If you are in perfect health, Reiki will keep you stay there and bring you more “in tune” with your body and mind.

The best way I can describe reiki is that it is an energy healing treatment. It is hands on body work that is performed while lying on my reiki table, fully clothed. It is a gentle, easy way to receive powerful healing energy! Just lie down and let me have a conversation with your body and the healing will begin.

I have been studying and learning reiki since 2013 and got my certification in 2021 after my life, like many, took a drastic turn during the pandemic.
